Axis Health and Wellness has been part of the same Centennial neighborhood since 1997. The practice opened inside another chiropractor’s office, then moved down the street to its own doors, and deliberately stayed in the same area so patients never had to start over with somebody new.
The mission has not changed since. Help as many people with as many conditions as possible, without drugs or surgery. It rests on one belief, that the body has a natural ability to heal itself when it is given the right means to grow and repair, and that belief shapes every plan built here. Dr. Tony Nicholas has led that care from the beginning.

A Healing Environment, On Purpose
Walk in and you notice the mood before the equipment. The tone is upbeat and unhurried, and that is a clinical decision rather than a personality trait. People heal better in a room that does not feel rushed, so the office is run to feel like somewhere you would actually choose to spend twenty minutes.
It is a small operation, which is the point. There is no rotating cast of staff, so you are known by name by the second visit. Every new patient gets the same start: the full story heard, a thorough exam, and x-rays instead of guesswork. Plans run from the most conservative option to the most complete, they are re-evaluated every week, and the choice always stays with you. No 60 visit packages, and if care is not producing results by the 8 to 12 visit mark you get referred to the right specialist rather than re-booked.
