Your First Visit, Step by Step
- 1 A warm welcome and a little paperwork. You are greeted, welcomed to the clinic, and given brief paperwork covering your history and what brought you in, followed by a quick tour of the office and the services offered here.
- 2 The exam, where you do the talking. A thorough exam in which every concern gets heard, not just one or two. Knowing your pain level matters here, because nothing is done that would leave you hurting more than when you arrived.
- 3 X-rays, so nothing is guessed. Imaging shows what is happening internally before anything is treated. If you came in specifically for SoftWave therapy for a knee or shoulder, you may head to the SoftWave room and begin treatment the very same day, right after a quick exam.
- 4 A plan, explained plainly. Everything done is explained as it happens, and your plan is built to your actual problem, from most conservative to most intensive, never a one-size-fits-all package. You schedule your follow-up on the way out.
